At the foot and with an exceptionel view on rhe Mont Blanc chain, it is located 5 mn from the center and the skilifts of the village of Les Houches, and 10 mn from the center and the skilifts of Chamonix. High standing for this 200 m2 chalet, with a large room ( living room, dining room, kitchen, home cinema), 5 rooms (including 2 bedrooms suites) 3 bathrooms , 4 WC, 1 terrace and 1 balcony, closed garage, and a garden. The cleaning and the house-hold linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are included in the price. Short breaks possible outside school holidays (4 nights minimum).
In winter, in the mountains, for any trip, it is recommended to have a car equipped with chains, snow tires ... Depending on the weather conditions, access to the chalet may be icy.
