This modern style alpine chalet is ideally located in Chamonix, it is at the foot of Mont Blanc and a short walk from the Brevent-Flegere ski slopes. Although quietly located, it offers privileged access to all the bars, shops and restaurants in the centre of Chamonix, which can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot.
At the end of the day, as soon as you return to the chalet, you can take advantage of the sauna to relax your muscles or join the sunny terrace to recharge your batteries in the Nordic spa, while admiring the majestic view on the Aiguille and the Mont Blanc massif.
The chalet offers a total capacity of 12 people (eight adults and four children) in five beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The layout is on four floors, connected by a lift.
On the ground floor there is a large garage with access to the laundry room and ski room. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The sauna is also located on this floor, as well as the magnificent south-facing terrace and the Nordic bath.
On the second floor, a cosy TV lounge and dining area are arranged around the open fireplace, offering direct access to the property's balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen will facilitate the preparation of your meals, and you will have the possibility to choose a bottle from the wine cellar to accompany your dinner.
The final bedroom is in the attic - it has four single beds and a shower room - ideal for children.
A large garage with parking for two cars is available, and with the slopes and resort centre only a short walk from your door, you can park your car and forget about it for the duration of your holiday.
