It is located near the village centre of SAINT-GERVAIS-LES-BAINS and the ski lifts (less than three kilometres away) and offers a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc Massif and the Dômes de Miage.
It is built in a very quiet area, without any opposite and is served by a communal road cleared of snow.

-a master bedroom with a dressing room, a double Italian shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a television ;
-two other bedrooms with an Italian shower and a television;
-an independent WC;
-a storeroom/technical room;
-a boiler room/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
*On the first floor:
-a large living room bathed in light with a cathedral living room and a central fireplace, a large dining table and a television, with access to a terrace ;
-A fully equipped, modern and open kitchen;
-a storeroom;
-an independent WC.
*On the top floor:
- a dormitory with a double bed and two single beds;
- a shower room with Italian shower and a toilet.
The chalet is equipped with a WIFI network.

The rates include the supply of sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, cleaning at the end of your stay and a personalized welcome.

It is proposed in supplement to each tenant: reservation of skis, ski boots, snowshoes, mountain bikes and electric bikes, possibility of reserving an itinerary with a guide of average or high mountain, reservation with the Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, to make the races.
