Fully furnished nice apartment in Chamonix Center ( absolutly no car needed).
Excellent central position, absolutly no car needed ! ...
Note that rates are for the week ( saturday to saturday). I may be able to accept shorter period and charge you a little bit more , depending on my schedule. If it is possible for me to welcome you, then I will ask you to make a booking request . Feel free to ask ... I try to be quiet reactive ;-)
Sleeps up to 5 with 1 bedroom ( 1 double bed 140 cm)+ 1 livingroom with 1 roll-out sofa ( large bed) and 1sofa beds (single bed). Large balcony facing the Mont-Blanc and glaciers, TV, connected garage, ski locker, equiped kitchen. Bright and cheery.
Very well located, facing the "Aiguille du Midi" telepherique. Shops, restaurants, bars, ... in the résidence itself or nearby.

"Aiguille du Midi" cable car at the foot of the residence.
Excellent public transport free of charge (+ shuttle train) for access to all ski lifts (winter and summer) and hiking trails in the valley. Shuttles stop at the foot of the residence.
train station: 500m ( we welcome you, for free,directly at the train station when you arrive).
Owner living 500m, that mean flexible arrival time ...
note that rates are for the week ( saturday to saturday). If you want to book less or not on our week basis, we may be able to charge you a little bit more ( depending on our schedule ). Feel free to ask ...
Our rates include:
- all charges ( water / electricity / heating)
- bedlinen for 2 people ( add 5€ for each extra person)
- towels for 2 people ( add 2.50€ for each extra person)
- underground car park ( secure access)
- free Chamonix train-station pick-up ( arrival & departure)
- Owner welcome with Chamonix advices (ski, trails, activities, shopping, ...)
- baby bed, baby chair, baby carrier
- one (small) animal accepted on request.
Our rates do not include those optionnal services:
- city tax : 0,90€ / adulte / day (non optionnal)
- final cleaning 50€ (optionnal if you do not want to clean by yourself)
